There was large scale fighting in the streets between communists, social democrats and nazis. Unfortunately, communists and social democrats weren’t much more friendly to each other than to the nazis. Hitler was elected with about 32% of the votes - he never had a majority, only a plurality, but in contrast to how the AfD (a German nazi party) is treated today the other parties could not agree on a different chancellor.

Vertritt sie dann wirklich Heidelberg? Wenn sie nur über die Landesliste reinkommt, hat sie dafür doch überhaupt kein Mandat. Für seine (Wahl-)Heimat kann sich ja eh jeder Listenplatz-MdB freiwillig einsetzen. Man könnte höchstens fragen, ob es richtig ist, dass ein Kandidat gleichzeit Direktkandidat ist und einen Listenplatz hat.
