It’s in their contract that the results of a polygraph are grounds for dismissal alone. They have no grounds to sue.

As a Coloradan, I agree. Also, New Mexico and Virginia. Probably should also leave PA to Jesus Land.

I like to think this is the case. I’d prefer to think it was the customer who screwed this up rather than the contractor.

This actually gives me anxiety. I imagine getting stuck that way.
