    These figures don’t really tell the story of how good these guys are. Checo was done very dirty by Red Bull and has been an excellent number 2 for the team. Valtteri had a similar issue with Lewis but at least had the car to actually win some races on merit.

    If Cadillac builds a decent allround car, these guys can be a really good duo, maybe even fighting for podiums consistently.

      Checo was definitely done dirty, but IMO he genuinely had a few stints of poor performances in his time there. At the same time he was a good number 2 in other stints.

      It is a fact that most drivers of their generation have struggled somewhat with the current regulation cars.
