It’s impossible to imagine. I love FromSoft games, but they are so devoid of humanity; it’s hard to imagine these worlds translating well to the big screen. I’m interested to see it though.

Fact it’s from A24 fills me with hope. That said I’ve never played the games, but I do know A24 movies…

I would imagine they are going to make a movie about the events that lead up to the game, called the Shattering, or one about one of the many endings (even though there are only 3 uniquely distinct ones).

Soulsborne games are usually light on their own game story but deep in world story.

Movie Bloodborne ending thats leads to a HBO or apple series would be nice.

Season 1 dicovery of ruins and fall of city. Establishment of types of hunters and workshop. Season 2 MC hunter group comes in Season 3 DLC Season 4 city in full eldritch horror with ascension ending.

It would require heavy editing but not like rings of power didn’t basically do the same.

Hopefully it’s just things happening without exposition like the games keep the lore unexplained unless deliberately researched

This, but it can’t have anything to do with the game lore. Players shouldn’t get a head start, everyone must begin at zero!

This is the funniest comment I’ve read in a long ass time.

I don’t know if that was intentional, but goddammit that’s funny
