Sounds like it will retain the actual name and display that to you, but you are giving it a name that is used to sort it alphabetically. Example could be you got a game that is named “The Game Title” it would probably put that into the T section instead of G so you give it the name “Game Title” for it to sort it, now it will be placed in the G section but still show the game title to you as “The Game Title”

My main thoughts instantly come to someone in the opposing left turn lane, if they are not applying the brakes they are likely starting to turn and if they do it right in front of you, you have more of a heads up than just them starting to turn and can set yourself in a better position to hopefully stop in time. I would say religion being a big one telling people that its bad and the devil is tempting you which makes it forbidden and forbidden things are more alluring.
