I also recommend doing light and soft exercise like yoga and stretching to help with you blood flow and legs. Improving that seems tricky but very doable with some time, focus, and kindness.

Have you been hiking or exposed to a lot of insects lately? Do you eat a lot of sugar and have a family history of diabetes?

Respectfully, I don’t think you get it and I wasn’t very descriptive. I never tried arguing with the tankies because I saw how far gone they are. I tried to make everyone else realize how crazy they are and everyone but the libs underestimated them. And I mean libs, not democrats, not even the gays (except the trans). I think letting people say anything (with obvious bannable exceptions like abuse, threats of violence, death, rape, and cp) helps, that fact checking or being wrong should not be bannable, and that people should be given more ways to conflict with each other but in a way that spurns creative debate not pure hostility but that pure hostility has real value to show people whether or not they should change and shouldn’t be shut down outright. Like commenting ‘fuck you’ should be allowed anywhere but not ‘fuck you go kys’ because it’s destructive not constructive; like if people with unpopular opinions weren’t allowed to silence dissent, they’d actually change their opinions and do better.

I disagree that kindness should be pursued foremost. Knowledge and truth should be pursued and kindness shouldn’t be allowed in charge because when it is you get shit like language policing which is insanely toxic and stupefying.
