    Wow, that’s impressively egalitarian in terms of destination, altho I seem to see some notable exceptions, such as Southern Italy, Greece, Ireland, Slovakia and Romania.

    Could those lesser-traveled places perhaps be down to the two cultures tending not to be a great match?

      The link suggests this is based on car data - so it just shows where it’s (too) easy, or not, for dutch to drive.
