NHS England, the body overseeing the activities of the British National Health Service, is to be scrapped. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said the move aims to cut unnecessary bureaucracy.

Wait . . that’s good, right?

It sounds like he’s just using the consolidation to downsize staff and reduce the budget, rather than reallocate resources to primary care.
