    Duck Diane

    • 2 duck breasts
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 French shallot, finely sliced
    • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
    • 1 tsp tomato paste
    • 2 tbsp brandy
    • 150ml chicken stock
    • 150ml cream
    • 4 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
    • Salt and pepper
