On one hand, I think speeding is wrong, but on the other am I happy that these people help finance police operations.
(If you drive over the limit in Switzerland, you will get caught and you will pay and also the police are not evil (at least from what I’ve heard))
Grad wie s Wetter. Mängisch schön und mängisch wüest.
I don’t even know what’s going on anymore in these comics and across the pond in general and I’m starting to feel like that’s a good thing for my sanity
No no, just the heads
Cut off the legs obviously
I think it’s related to this
Mist…
Ah ich hab’s: Der Arzt hat das gesagt, als ich auf die Welt gekommen bin (angeblich, kann mich nicht genau dran erinnern)
If Lemmy had awards, you would deserve one
craftrabbit@lemmy.zipto Programmer Humor@programming.dev•The vibecoders are becoming sentient6·24 days agoTrue that. But I often find that the search engine is not very good at giving me a solution if I don’t know the name of a problem and only have my spaghetti thoughts on what the thing is supposed to do, and translating spaghetti thoughts into something a search engine can find is where the chatbot excels.
craftrabbit@lemmy.zipto Programmer Humor@programming.dev•The vibecoders are becoming sentient14·24 days agoOh man, I love ChatGPT for one thing in particular: “Hey chatbot, is there some library or standard library function for that very specific, yet still kinda generic thing I’m trying to do, so that I don’t have to write it myself?”
It does frequently give a helpful answer. That is, it doesn’t give me working code, but a helpful pointer to some manual where I can find good instructions for how to use the thing to solve my problem.
Thank dog, we’re saved
You sound like a lunatic traumatised war veteran. The war has been over for a long time, the decisions have been made and there is no going back, my friend.
It is, undoubtedly, a thin strip of land.
craftrabbit@lemmy.zipto Map Enthusiasts@sopuli.xyz•Which country gets the most paid time off?9·1 month agoI’m pretty sure that the number for Switzerland is wrong. There’s at least 20 days of paid leave and one federal holiday, but in each canton there’s at least 6 additional holidays, which makes for an absolute minimum of 27 days of paid leave.
