    this is the real strattegy from MAGA. not the minerals deal, what they want is, intead of sending money to Ukraine and have it used on buying American weapons, have EU send money to Ukraine and have that money channeled to buying American weapons. basically enriching their industry as they did post WW2

      Hence EU should heavily invest into domestic industry instead. That way EU will get stronger and resilient of orange and in the other hand US will get less money and the accomplishment of it

        Probably need to do both. Short term, we need to buy stuff. Long term, we can build capacity.
