Can we takle the led-tv-using-led-only-for-backlight thing too if we’re on it already?

I am surprised the lawsuit doesn’t really go into specifics around why they believe Hisense QLED’s aren’t actually QLED’s.

The article states that it is possible to validate this, but not in a home environment. Did they conduct the relevant tests and find that Hisense is engaging in fraud?

I don’t anyways LED but when I do I make sure its quantum. /s
