    Why is teams so terrible? No really. It shouldn’t be this bad. I feel like ICQ, mIRC, and Roger wilco combo back in the day was better.

      Because MS purchasing Skype and tried to integrate it with Lync but it failed.
      Then they decided to take the unified communications part of Skype for Business and slap an integration with SharePoint by wrapping it in Electron.
